The Arab Shipbuilding and Repair Yard Company (ASRY) has launched a new initiative, "Morning with the CEO," designed to enhance direct communication between employees and executive management in a friendly and informal setting. In the inaugural sessions, employees shared various challenges and proposed innovative solutions to ensure a healthy, positive work environment and high operational efficiency.

Dr. Ahmed Al-Abri, CEO of ASRY, noted that this initiative is a significant step toward fostering a culture of openness and collaboration. "Through these meetings, we aim to strengthen the spirit of teamwork and create a dialogue platform that facilitates the exchange of ideas and strategic directions, helping us achieve our common goals," he said.

Al-Abri added that “these sessions are open to all employees from various departments and will be held weekly, providing a platform for inquiries and discussions on topics related to ASRY's operations and future plans.”
